Production Method

All the raw materials are distilled to a high alcohol content, separating during this phase the harmful to health substances. To the pure product obtained, only demineralized water is added, to bring it to the right alcohol level before bottling.

Refinement

Once brought to the right alcohol content, before being bottled, it matures for at least 30 days in stainless steel tanks.
