History
Zanin 1895, with over a century of life, represents one of the historic companies in the spirit drinks sector. Even today, it puts into practice all the experience in infusions, handed down from generation to generation, to make its products and guarantee the high quality standards that represent it.
Production Method
To produce Seveneight herbs and spices that correspond to a specific standard of quality are selected. Added to a hydroalcoholic solution they will infuse for 2-3 weeks to extract all the flavours. The infusion produced will be left to rest in stainless steel tanks until it reaches the right maturation point.
Sugar is added and then water to adjust the alcohol level. Consequently the filtered product will undertake an organoleptic analysis and once a positive outcome is received it will be bottled.
Refinement
Seveneight, before being bottled, matures in stainless steel tanks

Can be served mixed to prepare classic cocktails or re-styling
Accompaniments
