History
Anise is a drink spread throughout the Mediterranean although it has different names it always refers back to one unique origin. It is best consumed with the addition of iced water as a refreshment on long summer days.

Production Method
To produce Anise, Zanin adds star anise oil to a hydroalcoholic solution. Once the beverage is made, it is refined in stainless steel tanks, then filtered at room temperature and finally bottled.

Zanin’s Anise, before being bottled, rests for a period to mature in stainless steel tanks.
How to serve it
It can be served at room temperature, with ice and with the addition of cold water.
Accompaniments
Anice is consumed after a meal, as a drink, a dash in coffee and for cocktail preparation as well as ice-cream or desserts.
