History
Wine distillates have always existed since producers, mainly those of modest and artisanal dimensions distilled the wine they produced to obtain alcohol. However, this product wasn’t valued until the late 1970s early 1980s when different types of wine available in the territory were selected and distilled.
Production Method
The main ingredient is the wort obtained from pressing red and white grapes. Once fermented and turned into wine, it is skillfully distilled in copper stills. The brandy obtained will spend at least 3 years in oak barrels before being diluted and bottled.
Refinement
Brandy Reserve 3 years, before being bottled is aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels.
How to serve it
We suggest to serve it neat. At a temperature of around 14-18° C., leaving it to rest for about 1 minute after pouring before the first sip.
Accompaniment
It goes well with milk or dark chocolate (60-70%), jams, tarts and cantucci
